10. Doctoral positions for Public Health at Bielefeld University, Germany

Bielefeld University, School of Public Health offers 3 doctoral positions starting 1 February 2010, incl. scholarship for up to 3 years. The applicants will work in a joint project with the Ghanaian-German Centre for Development Studies and Health Research at the University of Ghana, Accra.The candidate will conduct research in a public health topic related to malaria and invasive bacterial infections / sepsis interventions. He/she will obtain a DrPH degree from Bielefeld University. Completion of a Master degree and a total of 300 CP (Bachelor and Master) are required. The candidate will work in close collaboration with PhD students from Ghana, Heidelberg, and Basel. Deadline: 30 November 2009
