3. Director of epidemiology for a consultancy, Geneva/ Switzerland

A medium sized consultancy is currently looking to build their Scientific Affairs department in the Swiss office because of an increase in demand from their clients. Due to this they are looking for a Director of Epidemiology to join their team.

Responsibilities would include design and implementation of studies on the effectiveness of treatments, safety and observational studies; writing of study reports, abstracts and manuscripts; speaking at scientific meetings and conferences; networking, etc.

Candidate Requirements are strong academic credentials; at least 5 years expertise in epidemiological principles and/or methods in the context of pharmacoepidemiology, gained in the pharmaceutical industry; strong analytical skills and good organizational and project management skills; excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills; excellent command of English, etc.
