6. a. Health Advisor and b. TB/HIV specialist at MSF OCA, Amsterdam
Candidate a. should be a medical doctor with broad knowledge and experience in the field of international Public Health and up to date clinical skills in tropical medicine, relevant academic qualifications (minimum MD and Master of Public Health) and proven ability to provide strong leadership and vision in project/programme management. The overall objective of the post is to provide medical and public health leadership in one portfolio of countries, to ensure MSF-OCA interventions effectively address the health needs of the populations we serve.
Candidate b. should be a medical doctor with specialization in Infectious Diseases or Internal Medicine, have experience with planning and implementation of TB and HIV care and treatment programmes, including treatment of MDR-TB. The overall aim of this post is to provide support and impetus to strategic planning, implementation and operational research relating to TB in MSF-OCA projects. The secondary objective will be to provide support in HIV strategic planning, and implementation.
