How to apply

The applicants must complete and send the following documents to the EAN board (EANBoard@gmail.com), and copied (c.c.) to the EAN treasurers kitwilliams@doctors.org.uk and bernardh@rki.de .

  • An application form (see Annex II)
  • A copy of their current CV
  • A letter of recommendation from their employer or supervisor, supporting their application and stating that they have not obtained sponsorship for this conference from any other source.
  • The abstract.
  • A copy of the abstract acceptance letter from ESCAIDE.

Applications must be received by Friday 16th September 2011 at 23:59.
