Senior Scientist, Influenza Surveillance, Health Protection Agency
Collindale, London, UK*: The post holder will be working with the consultant
epidemiologist in charge of the flu surveillance section, as well as other
flu section team members. The post holder will be responsible for the day to
day management of enhanced surveillance systems for influenza, for
contributing to further development of systems as well as participating in
research activities within the section and the department. This post will
plan and implement new influenza surveillance initiatives to be undertaken
in the post-2009 pandemic era.
