Software for online data collection?

Dear Forum (anybody out there?)
Can anyone recommend a good, easy-to-use, free tool to be used for online data collection?
Is surveymonkey.com ok?

Florian - didn't you mention something at the last EAN General Assembly about a good tool for online collection of data which might be made available through the EAN website? ... Any more info on this?

In Cohort 14 we are in need of a tool to be used for the online evaluation we are preparing collecting the experiences of the C14 fellows with the EPIET programme - trying to gather all the "what was good, what can be improved" issues for the EPIET programme.

the tool I mentioned is called "Limesurvey". It is an open source questionnaire generating tool with tons of features. The homepage of "our" limesurvey is:
